We are growing at pace due to our continued success in international markets and have a rapid R&D program to bring our new products to market – fast! We’re expanding our team and are looking for Sales and Marketing Executives, passionate about healthcare, to join our award-winning team and help us drive TriMedika forward.

The role of the Sales and Marketing Executive is key to supporting the company’s development in new and existing markets. This is a strategic position, central to the company’s ambitious goals of growing brand awareness, increasing revenues, developing new & existing territories and preparing for the launch of TriMedika’s next generation of connected medical devices.

There are a number of differing roles available, that require:

Distributor Support and Liaison:

  • Serve as a primary marketing point of contact for global distributors, providing them with the necessary tools and support to succeed.
  • Develop and distribute a comprehensive suite of marketing materials, including brochures, case studies, white papers, and digital assets, tailored to distributor needs.
  • Collaborate with distributors on co-branded marketing campaigns and promotional activities to drive brand awareness and lead generation within their territories.
  • Coordinate and support distributor training on Trimedika’s product portfolio and brand messaging.

Sales Team Support:

  • Work in close collaboration with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
  • Develop compelling sales presentations, proposals, and other collateral to support the sales process.
  • Provide the sales team with timely market intelligence, competitor analysis, and customer insights to inform their strategies.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of regional sales meetings and events.

New & Existing Sales Territory Research:

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify new sales opportunities and support the expansion into new territories.
  • Analyse existing sales territories to identify areas for growth and increased market penetration.
  • Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Develop detailed territory-specific marketing plans to address unique market characteristics and opportunities.

Lead Generation, Gap Analysis, and Sales Mapping:

  • Develop and execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns, including email marketing, social media engagement, and content marketing, to build a robust pipeline.
  • Conduct gap analysis to identify untapped market segments and customer profiles within the global healthcare sectors.
  • Utilise sales mapping techniques to visualize and analyze sales data, identifying key areas of opportunity and optimizing territory coverage.
  • Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and webinars to generate new leads and enhance brand visibility.

Management of Marketing and Sales Leads through CRM System:

  • Take ownership of the lead management process within the company’s CRM system.
  • Ensure all marketing and sales leads are accurately captured, qualified, and assigned to the appropriate sales team members.
  • Develop and implement lead nurturing workflows to guide prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Track and report on key lead management metrics, including conversion rates and campaign ROI.

Key Account Management:

Gather testimonials and case studies from key accounts to leverage in marketing and sales efforts.

Support the development and maintenance of strong relationships with key accounts and clinical opinion leaders.

Work with the sales team to understand the needs of key accounts and develop tailored marketing and support plans.

Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing key accounts.

Development of sales to target

The successful candidate will preferably have a business or marketing background and be a proactive self-starter, and demonstrate foresight, creativity and independence of thought in a fast-moving environment.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business / marketing or related discipline
  • Knowledge of Excel, LinkedIn, Outlook, Word
  • Experience of working to targets and driving sales
  • Experience in account management

Desirable:

  • Experience in and knowledge of working across multiple territories
  • Experience of managing relationships in export markets
  • Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in business/sales/marketing related role
  • Understanding of GDPR and compliance when developing lead database
  • Experience of using Monday. om or mainstream CRM system
  • Experience of managing external sales engagement and implementing success metrics
  • Knowledge of European languages
